Neil O’Sullivan, Adel, was stopped on Hey 44 to make a left turn on 13th Street in Dallas Center.  Alexander Buck, Des Moines, was directly behind Mr. OSullivan and slowed for the vehicle turning.  Todd Drake, Clive was the third vehicle in line.  Mr. Drake was not able to stop in time, striking Mr. Buck’s vehicle, which in turn, struck Mr. OSullivan’s vehicle.  No injuries were reported.  Damage to the cars was estimated at the following: Mr. OSullivan – $500, Mr. Buck – $600 and and Mr. Drake – $1200.  

Rachelle Keller, Earlham, was driving in the 35000 block of L Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
