Tuesday, December 12th

4:31pm: The Sheriff assisted with a cow out on R Avenue near 220th Street.

6:19pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 700 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

8:39pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a car in the ditch on 240th Street and Orion Avenue. Conner Groves 26 of Jefferson lost control of a 2017 Hyundai Accent and entered the ditch causing an estimated 3,000 dollars damage. Groves was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 1st offense.

9:24pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of water coming out of a residence’s door in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

11:49pm: Conner Groves 26 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

Wednesday, December 13th

12:39am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of East Central Street, Jefferson.

5:26am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

4:23pm: The Greene County Sheriff’s Office and Fort Dodge Police Department conducted a search warrant at 1002 Grant Street, Scranton. Evidence was seized for an ongoing investigation.

7:20pm: Benjamin Murphy 41 of Callender was booked into the jail for a parole violation.

7:45pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
