A Bagley woman was recently arrested in Jefferson on a Dallas County warrant.

According to court documents, 38-year-old Jacqueline Richardson was arrested by a Jefferson Police Officer this past Friday morning on a warrant from Dallas County. Court documents show that the original alleged incident was a traffic stop on Willis Avenue and Theater Circle on February 15th for a vehicle equipment violation of a 1993 Cadillac Seville that Richardson was driving.

Court documents show that the deputy discovered 14 grams of methamphetamine inside the vehicle and Richardson admitted to delivering the drug. The methamphetamine was sent to the Criminalistics Labatory and it was confirmed to be methamphetamine. Richardson was then charged with a Class B Felony for intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine over five kilograms and a Class D Felony for failure to affix a drug tax stamp.

An arrest warrant was issued on December 13th and Richardson was arrested in the 200 block of West McKinley Street in Jefferson on Friday, December 16th. She was booked into the Dallas County Jail where she is being held on a $30,000 bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
