6:38am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Howard Street, Rippey.
11:31am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 200 block of West McKinley Street. Jacqueline Richardson 38 of Ogden was arrested for Dallas County arrest warrants for a controlled substance violation and failure to affix drug tax stamp.
12:35pm: Jacqueline Richardson 38 of Ogden was booked into the jail for Dallas County arrest warrants for a controlled substance violation and failure to affix drug tax stamp.
4:18pm: The Sheriff, deputies, Jefferson Police Department, Jefferson Fire Department, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a single vehicle rollover accident in the 1500 block of 235th Street. Ryan West 34 of Jefferson was west bound on 235 th Street. West was driving a 2018 Honda Civic that had mechanical issues. West entered the south ditch and hit a driveway causing the vehicle to roll. Three passengers were taken by ambulance to the Greene County Medical Center. The vehicle was a total loss.
6:48pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a search warrant in the 200 block of East Perry Street, Jefferson.
11:03pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a power line sparking in the 2400 block of 337th Street.
Saturday, December 16th
12:01am: A deputy arrested Christopher Lawrence 43 of Jefferson for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense 2 counts, operating while under the influence 1st offense, interference with official acts, and a violation of probation.
1:11am: Christopher Lawrence 43 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense-2 counts, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 1st offense, interference with official acts, and a probation violation.
7:38am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 1900 block of 130th Street. A under age party had occurred at the residence and a lot of damage was done to the residence.
4:46pm: A deputy, Greene County Ambulance, and Grand Junction Fire and Rescue responded to a single vehicle rollover accident on W Avenue near 260 th Street. Nicholas Collogan 43 of Grand Junction lost control of a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer and rolled into a field. Collogan was transported to the Greene County Medical Center with minor injuries.
7:14pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street and J Avenue.
7:40 pm a deputy, Churdan Fire, Jefferson Fire, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a two-vehicle head on accident on N Avenue and 140 th Street. Emiline Kruif of Michigan was traveling south on N Avenue and stopped at the stop sign in a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. Logan Butler of Churdan was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche northbound on N Avenue. Kruif pulled out from the stop sign and hit Butler head on. The Malibu had an estimated 9,000 dollars damage and the Avalanche had an estimated 8,000 dollars damage. Kruif was cited for fail to obey a stop sign and failure to yield right of way. Butler was transported to the Greene County Medical Center with suspected minor injuries.
9:33pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on Neola Avenue and 310th Street.
10:09pm: A deputy investigated a 911 call in the 100 block of Sunset Drive, Grand Junction.
Sunday, December 17th
12:44am: A deputy investigated a complaint of sparks near a power line on E Avenue near 270th Street.
4:29am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 200 block of Main Street, Paton.
7:00am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 100 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.
2:23pm: A deputy investigated an open 911 call in the 900 block of Sand Street, Churdan.
6:52pm: The Sheriff investigated a suspicious vehicle on Orchard Avenue near 222nd Street. Lewis Randolph 52 of Jefferson was arrested for driving while suspended and violating a no contact order. Melisa Hayward 48 of Jefferson was arrested for public intoxication and violating a no contact order.
7:47pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 100 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.
8:30pm: Melisa Hayward 48 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for contempt of court violating a no contact order and public intoxication.
8:54pm: Lewis Randolph 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for driving while suspended and contempt of court violating a no contact order.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
