December 18th

Shakira Miover, age 31, 532 E. Walnut St, Ogden, was issued a Summons To Appear on the charge of Possession Of Controlled Substance and Operating While Under The Influence.  She was also cited for Speeding. 

Wilbur Manor, Perry, was traveling in the 14000 block of Hwy 141 when his tire dropped off the inside lane shoulder.  In trying to regain control, he swerved and went into median, rolling the vehicle.   Mr. Manor only had minor injuries.  Damage was estimated at $2500 and the vehicle was towed.  

Mark Tisl, Stuart, was driving near the 102 mile marker of I80, when he hit a coyote.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene. 

Beau Egli, Oak Grove, Ky, was driving on Hwy 44 at U Ave, when Teresa  Secoy, Guthrie Center, pulled out in front of him.  Mr. Egli swerved to avoid a collision and ended up in the ditch next to U Ave.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Egli’s vehicle was estimated at $5000.  There was no damage to Ms. Secoy’s vehicle.  Ms. Secoy was issued a citation for Failure To Yield Upon Left Turn. 

December 19th

Jose Ramirez, age 65, 16 23rd St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence. 

Andrew Green, age 44, 918 Bryan, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving while License Denied, Suspended, Canceled or Revoked. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
