Dallas Center – Grimes boys and girls basketball will both be looking to shake off their first losses of the season tonight when they resume Little Hawkeye Conference play against the Norwalk Warriors. The girls come in at 8-1 and the boys at 5-1, as both teams will be playing in their final games before Christmas break.

The girls are coming off of a blowout loss on Tuesday, but will be looking to rebound against a Norwalk team has play quality basketball so far this season. DCG will be focused on re-finding their grove offensively, creating steals defensively, and seeing if they can build some momentum before the holiday break that way.

Norwalk and DCG are the only two undefeated teams in the Little Hawkeye Conference, so this game will determine who leads the conference going into the holiday break. The boys will look for a quick start, high intensity, and finding some good three point shooting.
