8:49am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 200 block of Hill Street, Churdan.
2:30pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near Hillcrest Avenue.
4:05pm: A deputy investigated a parking complaint on Main Street and State Street, Scranton.
5:29pm: A deputy investigated a property dispute in the 100 block of West Paton Street, Paton.
7:04pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1900 block of L Avenue. Jennifer Ashby 51 of Jefferson was arrested for domestic abuse assault 1st offense. Thomas Shearman 76 of Jefferson was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.
9:34pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street and Orchard Avenue. Jared Ramold 24 of Ogden was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 2nd offense.
11:35pm: Jared Ramold 24 of Ogden was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 2nd offense.

3:38am: A deputy investigated a report of an overdue motorist. The driver was later located.
4:18am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 900 block of Locust Street, Scranton.
7:50am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 1900 block of L Avenue.
4:55pm: James Cunningham 49 of Boone was booked into the jail for a violation of pretrial release.
6:54pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call on 11th Street and Kendrick Street, Scranton.
10:53pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 700 block of Wild Rose Lane, Jefferson. Osvaldo Ruiz-Huaracha 24 of Perry was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 2nd offense.
Sunday, December 24th
12:30am: Osvaldo Ruiz-Huaracha 24 of Perry was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 2nd offense.
8:42am: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.
5:13pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on Quest Avenue near 330th Street. Billy Welder 59 of Cooper struck a deer with a 2015 Jeep Renegade. The estimated damage to the vehicle was 2,000 dollars.
Monday, December 25th
1:00pm: A deputy investigated an inmate that had made a weapon in the jail. The case is under investigation.
1:16pm: A deputy investigated a child custody issue in the 2200 block of S Avenue.
1:39pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 1600 block of E Avenue.
2:19pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with trying to locate a vehicle that was involved in an assault in Guthrie County.
6:58pm: Royce Gonnelly 33 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for failure to appear.
7:19pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction. Bret Kersey 30 of Grand Junction was traveling north on 14th Street in a 2015 Dodge Ram. Kersey did not see James Mcatee 31 of Grand Junction traveling West on Main Street in a 2005 Ford F150. Kersey was cited for failure to yield to the right. The estimated damage to the Dodge was 6,000 dollars. The estimated damage to the Ford was 3,000 dollars.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
