The AC/GC Chargers are in winter break, so we look back on the season so far.

The boys basketball team started the season with a 77-60 victory over the Atlantic Trojans, then a 81-48 victory in their home opener against the Woodward-Granger Hawks. They faced their first loss of the season on the road, as the Van Meter Bulldogs made a comeback 65-63 win.

The Chargers were home for game 4, picking up a 71-51 victory over the Ogden Bulldogs. Game 5 was once again on the road, and the team beat the AHSTW Vikings 65-46, then picked up their 2nd loss of the season in a home game battle against the Panorama Panthers, ending the game with a 63-59 score.

AC/GC then played a dominant game against the West Central Valley Wildcats, securing the 84-65 home victory, before facing off against the Des Moines Christian Lions, and picking up a close 50-49 victory, going into the holidays 6-2 on the season.
