December 22nd

Daniel Pottorff, age 67, 516 S. Fremont St, Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Canceled Or Revoked. 

Chowng Wong, age 29, 1117 2nd Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms. 

Mousab Alomyan, age 22, 1074 SE Mapleleaf Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation. 

Ian Burns, Creston, was driving on I80 near the 115 mile marker, when another vehicle, driven by an unknown party, crossed in front of him and caused a collision.  The unknown driver then crossed the median and fled the scene.  Mr. Burns did not report any injuries and damage to his vehicle was estimated at $7000.  It was towed from the scene. 

December 23rd

Sunday Deng, age 26, 1480 SE Bishop Dr, Waukee, was arrested for Driving While License Denied Or Revoked. 

Erin Hudson, 5900 Sutton Pl, Urbandale, was arrested for Violation Of No Contact Order. 

Michael Williams, Denver, Co, was leaving the gas pumps at Kwik Star in DeSoto, when he struck a vehicle driven by Ralph Artis, Des Moines.  No injuries were reported.  Damage to Mr. Williams car was estimated at $2000.  Damage to Mr. Artis car was estimated at $7500.  Both cars were able to drive from the scene. 

December 24th

Jacob Ziefel, age 35, 405 44th St, Des Moines, was arrested for Driving While Barred, Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability and Speeding.  

December 25th

Alicia Hawking, age 33, 501 S. Chesnut St, Jefferson, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 3rd Degree. 

December 26th

Quitin Richardson, age 19, 265 Bel Aire Dr, Waukee, was arrested for Eluding, Failure To Obey Traffic Control Device and Speeding. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
