If you are looking for something to do this holiday weekend, the Perry Public Library has its ongoing Saturday program.

Adult Services Librarian Mindy Farmer says the Saturday Crafternoons will take place tomorrow from 12:30-4:30pm. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio people can bring their own crafting supplies or items will be provided for you with the library’s makerspace area in the Library Community Room. She talks about the number of people who attend Saturday Crafternoons.

“It really depends on kind of what’s going on in the community. Often we have say maybe eight people who come to do the Paper Crafting with Kathy and then they like to stay and do additional crafting.”

There is no registration required for this free activity, but the tables are on a first come, first served basis.
