A special event is happening on New Years Eve at the Perry Elks Lodge.
The Perry Elks #407 is hosting the band Rukkus starting at 8pm on Sunday. Advanced tickets are $20 and it includes appetizers, drinks and shot specials, and a champagne toast. There will also be a special musical guest with Feedback.
