Shea Eddy, Grimes, was driving in the 19000 block of T Ave when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
