Dallas Center – Grimes wrestling will be looking to put together a strong performances for both the boys and girls programs for the upcoming week, as they look to build on a nice start to the year.

Both the boys and the girls have participated in multiple tournaments and duals so far, and they have been solid with what they have been able to accomplish so far.

Some of the things that both programs will be dialed into include making sure that they stayed in game ready shape over break, finding improvement on various moves and techniques, and making sure that they were able to find some rest as well to be fully healthy.

After the holiday break, the boys will have a meet tomorrow in Carlisle while the girls next meet will be Saturday in Ogden.
