One of Jefferson’s newest businesses is having an open house today.

Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich says Art of Aries owner Tyler Gathercoal offers drum, piano and guitar lessons, along with music producing and recording studio, and music video and photography production. Wetrich is excited to have this unique business go from an in-home to a bricks and mortar building.  

“It’s one more piece of our art culture that we’re building here. So we love the fact that Tyler wanted to bring that to Jefferson and help grow more artists here, more musicians, especially.”

Wetrich adds Art of Aries also received a $5,000 Jefferson Wants You Incentive Fund because they are a new business. 

The open house is from 1-4pm at 115 West Lincoln Way where people can meet the team, watch performing students, see examples of their services, do a mic/sound check, free online photography, and get exclusive discounts.
