Raccoon River Wrestling Win National Meet Against USA Ranked Teams

The Raccoon River-Northwest Wrestling team came home with a big win this week, as they took part in the “National Clash Girl’s Duals II”. At the meet they competed against Minnesota, Illinois, and Arizona teams at the national meet that pinned them up against some of the nations best in their classes and gender. The RRW defeated Minnesota’s top teams of #1 Apple Valley, #2 Bemidji, and #5 Hastings. Along with Arizona’s #1 team and nationally ranked #5 in the nation. Calista Rodish won the outstanding wrestler award to go along with the RRW’s hardware.

Their first dual match was against Bemidji (MN) where they won 45-21.
