The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office advises against traveling today if possible. 

As of 11am, the Sheriff’s Office reported that a couple of vehicles were stranded on the side of the road and there were a few accidents earlier this morning at 7am. Dallas County Sheriff’s strongly advised against travel with the blustery snow. 

Dallas County Engineer Al Miller says that all of the trucks are out and will remain out on the roads as long as it’s safe to do so. However, motor graders won’t be active today.
