A Memorial Service for Paul Bartley, 88, of Boone, Iowa will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.  Burial will take place at the Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, Iowa with Military Honors.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you plant a tree in memory of Paul.  Online condolences may be left at www.sliningerschroeder.com.

Paul is survived by his daughter, Lea Bartley of Ames, IA; son, Nick Bartley of Boone, IA; son, Lance (Shannon) Bartley of Harlan, IA; eight grandchildren: Ronika (Josh) Mann, Godric Garcia, Nicole Bartley, Kelsey Bartley, Nicholas Bartley, Macy Bartley, Jacob Bartley, and Brenden Bartley; four great-grandchildren: Bryant Garberding, Riley Anderson, Madi Mann, and Jaxson Mann; sisters-in-law: Karen (Joe) Jackson, JoAnne (John) Smith, and Arlis Bartley; brother-in-law, Dick Leedom; many nieces, nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
