Noah Luther, Jefferson, was traveling in the 25000 block of Hwy 141 when a vehicle driven by Melisa Kite, Newton, suddenly pulled in front of Mr. Luther and caused a collision.  Ms Kite then left the scene of the accident.  Ms. Kite was later located and cited for Leaving The Scene Of An Accident and Failure To Provide Proof Of Insurance.   No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Luther’s vehicle was estimated at $20000.  Damage to Ms. Kite’s car was estimated at $10000.  Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.

Casey Robinson, Dexter, was driving in the 500 block of 2nd Street in Redfield, when he hit a legally parked car.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Robinson’s vehicle was estimated at $5000 and had to be towed from the scene.  The owner of the legally parked car was Misty Hubbard, Redfield.  She had an estimated $4000 damage and was going to make arrangements to have the vehicle towed.

Alyssa Jessogne, age 32, 2406 E 147th Ave, Thorton, CO, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
