1:21pm: A deputy assisted with locating a phone that was taken from Walmart in Boone. The phone was located in the 300 block of South 19 th Street, Grand Junction.

3:19pm: Lewis Randolph 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree.

4:24pm: A deputy conducted tobacco compliance checks again and Sparky’s in Jefferson sold tobacco to an underage person for a second time.

4:41pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near S Avenue.

8:00pm: Wayne Royer 42 of Scranton was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

9:48pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with the arrest of Todd Geisler 52 of Jefferson for public intoxication.

11:55pm: Todd Geisler 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication.

Saturday, February 10th

4:00am: Whitney Case 37 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 1st offense.

12:00pm: Charley Dozark 37 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

6:52pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Main Street, Grand Junction.

7:52pm: A deputy investigated a possible domestic in the 700 block of Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:40pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 2100 block of B Avenue.

10:47pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1000 block of Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.

3:59pm: A deputy attempted to find a dog running at large on Neola Avenue near 310th Street.

8:47pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 300 block of T Avenue.

Monday, February 12th

10:59am: A deputy investigated a stray dog complaint in the 1900 block of T Avenue.

5:11pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 300 block of Hager Street, Grand Junction.

5:26pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 800 block of Jay Street, Churdan.

5:54pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on U Avenue near 290th Street.

6:00pm: Lewis Randolph 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
