The Panorama Panthers and West Central Valley Wildcats will compete in district play as both teams hope to continue their journey towards the Wells Fargo Arena for the Iowa Girls Basketball State Tournament. The Panthers have a historical record of 35-6 against the Wildcats, and have won their last 33 games straight. If Panorama can continue this streak, the Wildcats will be knocked out of the tournament and the Panthers will advance into the next phase of the district tournament, however if the Wildcats pull off the upset, the Panthers dream of reaching the Wells Fargo Arena will come to a close.

The Panthers host the Wildcats tonight in Class 2A Region 2 district action with tip off at 7pm.
