Terrie Rowe, Madrid, was traveling on Hwy 141 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.

Feb. 14

Angela Thompson, Adel,  was driving in the 31000 block of Hwy 169 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.

Feb. 15

Isaac Zulu, age 23, 390 4th Street, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
