Tuesday, February 13th

5:16am: Janon Olson of Jefferson reported a suspicious person near a residence in the 600 block of North Olive Street. The Officer searched the property and found nothing suspicious.

6:43am: Janon Olson again reported suspicious activity at a residence in the 600 block of North Olive Street. The Officer checked the property and found nothing suspicious.

3:32: Megan Saffell of Jefferson reported kids throwing snowballs at vehicles in the 800 block of West Lincoln Way. The Officer checked the area and did not find those involved.

4:34pm: Angela Milakovich of Jefferson reported issues with her juvenile son. The Officer assisted with the situation as needed.

4:56pm: Tim Waters of Jefferson reported damage caused to a pop machine he owned in the 100 block of North Wilson Street. The damage was estimated to be $300. The Officer is investigating.

7:11pm: Mary Cook of Hugo, Oklahoma, requested to speak with an Officer in reference to her family in Jefferson. The Officer listened to her and found nothing criminal had occurred.

7:39pm: Tyler Rysavy of Jefferson reported he was being harassed by a female over the phone. The Officer investigated and found nothing criminal had occurred.

10:34pm: An Officer performed a traffic stop near the intersection of North Cedar Street and East Perry Street. As a result of the traffic stop, Hayley Brown of Jefferson was issued a citation for “Violation of Financial Liability Coverage”

Wednesday, February 14th

12:19am: An Officer assisted the Greene County Ambulance with a medical call in the 1200 block of Rushridge Road.

8:39am: An Officer arrested Devin Villalobos for an Outstanding Greene County Warrant.

12:30pm: Heidi Bills of Jefferson reported a stray dog running loose near the intersection of Washington Street and Olive Street. The Officer checked the area and did not find the dog.

12:46pm: Elma Schrader of Jefferson reported the theft of mail in the 100 block of North Maple Street. The Officer is investigating.

2:29pm: Greene County Elementary staff reported a stray dog running loose in the 400 block of East Russell Street. The Officer caught the dog and took it to the Community Animal Shelter.

3:36pm: Frances Baker of Jefferson reported a phone scam call she had received. She recognized this as a scam and did not provide information to the caller.

4:43pm: Kristen Heupel reported a 13-year-old male who has been driving to school. The Officer located the juvenile male and corrected the situation.

5:59pm: Tiffany Johnson of Jefferson reported a small red truck being driven carelessly near the intersection of Westwood Drive and Ferguson Circle. The Officer patrolled the area and did not find the vehicle.

8:56pm: Tyler Rysavy of Jefferson reported two people who were together who he believed should not be. The Officer investigated and found nothing illegal was occurring.

9:21pm: Jennifer Wailes of Pleasantville, Iowa, reported the theft of a credit card and its fraudulent use. The Officer is investigating.

9:23pm: Shawn Combes of Jefferson reported a possible trespasser on his property in the 900 block of West Harrison Street. The Officer checked the property with Shawn Combes and found no one present.
