February’s monthly book club meeting will be held on Tuesday for the Perry Library, and Adult Services Librarian Mindy Farmer is anticipating the selected book.
Farmer explains that towards the end of the year, the monthly book club meets to lay out the year ahead with a selection of books. According to the library, this month’s book choice is titled “Tell Me Everything” by Erika Krouse. Farmer tells Raccoon Valley Radio that out of all the books this year, this one might be her favorite.
“This, I think, is one of my top picks and it’s a non-fiction book that I think will spark some really lively conversation and should be a really intriguing read.”
The book is the story of an investigation of sexual assault by football players on a college campus. The club will convene from 1-2pm in the Library Community Room on Tuesday. For more information, call the library at (515)-465-3569 or visit their website at perry.lib.ia.us.
