Donnie Scigliano, age 24, 1103 Pleasantview Drive, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault, Eluding and Person Ineligible To Carry Dangerous Weapons.

John Whitten, age 50, 7370 Meadowlands Dr, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Sonya Gordon, age 36, 1917 Hickman Road, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.

Amir Majidi, age 25, 728 NE Conner Ct, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Burglary 3rd Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree.

Scott Hyde, age 51, Big Bear City, Ca, was issued a summons to appear for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of A Controlled Substance.

Jerry Osburn, Panora, was driving on Dexfield Road when he went through an intersection and into a ditch at 310th Street.  He was treated on scene by Dallas County EMS.  The vehicle sustained an estimated $15000 damage.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
