6:57am: Greene County Dispatch received an accidental 911 call. The Officer checked on the caller and found no assistance was needed.

10:23am: The Department of Human Services referred a report of abuse having occurred in Jefferson. The Officer is investigating.

12:01pm: Amelia Burnie of Jefferson reported a vehicle with a shattered windshield being operated in the 100 block of West Washington Street. The Officer did not immediately locate the vehicle and later spoke with its owner regarding the damaged windshield.

3:53pm: A Greene County Community Schools Bus Driver reported a vehicle having illegally passed a stopped school bus. The Officer is investigating.

4:38pm: Employees with Casey’s General Store reported a female customer with a large amount of what appeared to be blood on her clothing. The Officer located the female and checked on her welfare.

5:11pm: Dalton Exline of Jefferson reported his grandmother was being harassed by another family member. The Officer is investigating.

8:19pm: An Employee with the Greene County Ambulance Service requested an Officer to help with traffic control for a disabled ambulance in the 200 block of North Grimmell Road. The Officer provided the traffic control until the vehicle was removed from the roadway.

10:23pm: The Greene County Medical Center reported a backpack left by the buildings main entrance. The Officer checked the bag and it was found to belong to a patient. Employees took possession of the backpack to have it returned to its owner.
