A familiar medical provider is returning to Jefferson.

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Ruth Gordon-Mash is coming back to McFarland Clinic in Jefferson. Her bachelor’s degree in nursing is from Grand View University in Des Moines. She also has a master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Graceland University in Missouri. 

Ruth-Mash has been providing health care services with McFarland Clinic since 2016. Working in family medicine, Ruth-Mash provides services for short-term illnesses, immunizations, physical exams, preventative care, health screenings, routine care for women, treatment of complex and long-term medical conditions, and treatment of minor injuries. She will also provide contraception options such as IUDs and Nexplanon.

Ruth-Mash will start at McFarland Clinic-Jefferson on March 1st and is accepting new patients. Appointments can be scheduled online at mcfarlandclinic.com or calling the clinic at 515-386-4192.
