With the holiday Monday, many governmental buildings and services may be closed.

In Stuart, both City Hall and City Utilities will be closed Monday, as will the Stuart Public Library. In Panora, City Hall will be closed and no services will be affected. Guthrie Center City Hall will also be closed for the holiday. The Guthrie County Courthouse will be open.
