The old rest vs rust debate is happening right now for the Perry Bluejays. Tomorrow, Perry will be in action against Bondurant-Farfar in their Regional quarterfinal match up. Perry was last in action on February 9th. Ten days will have pasted by the time they take the floor tomorrow. Coach Morris is happy with the off time. Perry wants to play fast and get in transition. He thinks the time off will be good for their legs and that they will be able to shake off the rust quickly.
The last month of the season has been a sprint for Perry. The Bluejays played thirteen games from January 16th – February 9th. Perry went 6-7 during that stretch and seem to be playing their best ball as the playoffs begin. Tip off is set for 7P and you can hear the contest on KDLS.
