The Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will be teaching a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) program tomorrow.

The program will be held at the Panora Public Library from 4-5pm. Program Director Meghan McBride says that those attending will build LEGO balloon cars, and see how far their design goes. She mentions that the designs are left totally up to the participants, so they can make whatever kind of car they like, as long as it can hold the balloon that will be used to power it.
