12:41am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of South Locust Street, Jefferson.

12:29pm: A deputy arrested James Harris 36 of Woodward for driving while barred in the 700 block of Wild Rose Lane, Jefferson.

1:40pm: James Harris 36 of Woodward was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

4:52pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 600 block of Jefferson Street, Scranton.

7:51pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

9:49pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on Hager Street near 8th Street, Grand Junction.

10:10pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an illegal fire in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton. The fire was found to a legal burn pit.

Friday, February 23rd

12:26am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 500 block of South Locust Street. Jay Wenger 35 of Scranton for driving while barred.

2:15am: Jay Wenger 35 of Scranton was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

2:25am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near J Avenue.

4:50am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near J Avenue. Robert Harms 35 of Carroll struck a deer with a 2019 Hyundai Accent causing an estimated 5,000 dollars damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
