
The Perry City Council is looking to provide a resolution for an agreement with Bolton & Menk for the Iowa Street Stormwater Wetland project at tonight’s meeting.
The resolution is specifically for a Professional Service Agreement with Bolton & Menk for the construction services on the Stormwater Wetland project. There is also a Professional Services Agreement with Bolton & Menk for the Frog Creek Stream Restoration Phase One project.
Other resolutions seeking approval is an award for the Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) Replacement project, an award for the Willis Avenue Overlay, order bids, approving plans, specifications and form of contract and notice to bidder for the acquire snow removal equipment project, and tax abatement applications for residential construction to be completed in 2024 for Perry.
The council will look to approve a pay application for the Runway 14/32 Relocation Phase 2, an agreement with Sambatek Incorporated for professional services, a resolution to set a public hearing date on Fiscal Year 2025 Consolidated General Fund Tax Levy Rate, setting a schedule for the 2024 Yard Waste Disposal Dates and Procedures, and approving job description and pay range for the housing and development manager position in the City of Perry. The city council meeting will be held tonight at 6pm in the Towncraft Building, 1122 Willis Avenue, in Perry.
