Monday, March 4th

12:46am: Brenda Batschelet reported a Stray Dog in the 1000 Block of West Adams Street. The officer did not locate the animal.

11:34am: Adrienne Smith reported a dog had nipped her arm and rear in the 200 Block of South Wilson Ave. The animal did not break the skin with either nip. She was unaware of the identity of the male that had the dogs. She believed he did not live in Jefferson.

1:51pm: hrs, Keisha Hornsby reported a male on a bicycle pulled out in front of her vehicle in the 800 Block of East Lincoln Way Street. The subject was not located.

10:29pm: A caller advised of a possible Intoxicated Driver traveling south on Elm Street. The vehicle had parked and was unoccupied when the officer located it.
