Carlos Figueroa, age 37, 416 Pleasant View Dr, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked and  Driving While License Suspend.

Terrence Roby, age 45, 755 SE Jonas Circle, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation Terms.

Nakia Daily, age 27, 1409 Clark St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation Terms.

Ashley Shivers, age 39, 4795 NW Piekenbrock Dr, Des Moines, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  She was also cited for Failure To Obey Traffic Control Device and Driving On Wrong Side Of Two Way Highway.

 A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
