
The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.
The meeting will start with a public hearing about an upper story housing project at The Centennial. The hearing is part of a requirement for receiving a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project, followed by a resolution for the plans and specifications, form of contract, and taking bids for the private project. The Council will then consider for approval the third required reading to change an ordinance to rezone a property at 403 West Head Street for a proposed apartment project with KCG Companies.
The Council will also consider for approval awarding a contract for the East Lincoln Way resurfacing project and the 13th pay estimate for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project.
The meeting will take place in-person and remotely at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
