Arrest: Jonathan Michael Vandermark, age 45, 2519 Perry Park Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mar 8:
Arrest: Stephanie Arvella Goff, age 53, 820 18th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense.
Arrest: Richard Matthew Allen, age 45, 601 Linden St., Dallas Center, was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st, 2nd, 3rd offense 3 counts, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).
Mar 9:
Officers responded to the 2700 block of Warford on a report of attempted identity theft. Someone had hacked a facebook account and was posting fraudulently on the page. Gave options to assist with getting it removed and the account restored.
Arrest: John Luis Santana Puente, age 25, 705 1st Ave, Jamaica was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 1st offense.
Arrest: Yuberkys Puente Martinez, age 50, 705 1st Ave., Jamaica was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts.
Mar 10:
Officers responded to the 1300 block of 6th St on a report of a domestic disturbance. Verbal dispute only. Parties were separated for the night.
Arrest: Julio Adrian Ruiz, age 21, 1421 5th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with theft 5th degree.
Mar 11:
Officers responded to the 500 block of Park St on a report of criminal mischief. Sometime during the week someone drove onto the property and struck a tree. Report completed. Officers responded to the 900 block of Willis on a report of a domestic assault Case under investigation.
Mar 12:
Arrest: Maximiino Nicanor Albino Plasencia, age 23, 1612 2nd St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 1** offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
