Chelsey Madison, age 28, 209 S. Sumner Ave, Creston, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

William Gines, age 48, 1215 1/2 Bateman St, Perry, was arrested on two warrants  for Harassment – 1st Degree.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
