Community members were able to enjoy decent weather for the annual Stuart Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Rose Acre Farms and the Stuart Chamber of Commerce.

Three sections of Lawbaugh Park were sectioned off for the hunt for the three age groups on March 30th. At 1pm the whistle was blown and the hunt began, with an estimated 200 children participating. Things only lasted a few minutes, and children quickly made their way back to the starting areas, where they counted their findings. The five children in each age group with the most eggs collected won prizes, and one girl and one boy for each group also won a bicycle, which was able to be purchased thanks to a generous donation from Karl’s Chevrolet.
