Dallas Center – Grimes boys and girls soccer will both be on the field tonight in their first Little Hawkeye Conference game of the season when both programs will take on the Oskaloosa Indians. The DCG girls come into the match at 2-1 while the boys enter at 0-1.

Last week the girls have a very competitive schedule to begin the season, winning against Johnston in their opener 2-0, then played in a tournament over in Ankeny where they played in two entertaining matches, defeating Ankeny 3-2 and then losing to Waukee Northwest 3-1.

The boys were tied with Johnston after one half of play last week, but then gave up three second half goals in a 4-1 defeat. They will be looking to bounce back and see if they can find the win column for the first time this season.

Both games will be played in Grimes with the boys to kickoff at 6 pm and then the girls to follow around 7:30.
