Monday, April 8th

1:29pm: A Traffic Stop in the 1000 Block of North Cedar Street resulted in Gabe Ebersole of Jefferson being cited for, “Dark Windows and Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”

4:16pm: A Traffic Stop near Cedar and Lincoln Way Streets resulted in Dylan McConnell of Jefferson being cited for, “Dark Windows.”

7:25pm: Thomas Patrick showed a video to an officer, in which the neighbor’s cat was on his property at 207 South Cedar Street. Jeremy Cartright was issued a citation for, “Animal at Large Prohibited.”

7:59pm: Casey’s reported a Shoplifting Event at 508 North Elm Street. A very young subject removed a pair of sunglasses from the store while shopping with his mother. The glasses were returned and no charges will be filed.

7:43pm: Ellen Ritter reported a possible No Contact Order Violation. A violation of the order had not been committed.
