Funeral services for LeRoy Calvert, age 80, of Paton, will be held at Central Christian Church on Friday, April 12, 2024. Visitation will be at 10:00am followed by his funeral service at 11:00am. Interment will be in the Jefferson Cemetery with Military rites.
Memorials can be made to Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames, Iowa for use in the pediatrics unit for the benefit of Cystic Fibrosis patients; Central Christian Church in Jefferson; or to the LeRoy Calvert Estate.
Final arrangements are being coordinated by Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson.
He is survived by his sister, Sandra Hanson, his brothers: Jerry Dean Calvert & Kelly Calvert; several nieces & nephews, as well as many dear friends he considered family.
