A Stuart staple will be featured in a show soon.

Ruby’s Pub and Grill, owned and operated by Jamie Shoesmith and Misty Beane, recently announced that the people behind “America’s Best Restaurants” had reached out to them and asked to film at the business for one of their episodes. Shoesmith tells Raccoon Valley Radio how they felt when they got the call.

“Well, it was unbelievable. At first we weren’t even sure if it was real, and so we did a little bit of research, looked into it, and discovered it was. And we got pretty excited, and even more so excited when we did a Zoom call with one of their people.”

Beane mentions that most of the promotional side of doing this has been done by America’s Best Restaurants, but that soon the actual filming will be done at Ruby’s. She adds that there are still a series of posts to be made by the show leading up to the day of filming, which is scheduled from 2-5pm on April 16th, and then have a few more posts afterward.
