Graveside services or Daniel Leo Hight, age 70, of Lincoln, NE, and formerly of Scranton, will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Scranton Township Cemetery in Scranton.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Scranton, Iowa.

Dan is survived by sisters, Rebecca Hight-Moravec of Lincoln, NE, and Janet (Dennis) Hendricks of Bagley, IA; nieces: Melanie (Andy) Horel and their sons, Aiden and Reid of Prior Lake, MN, Nancy Moravec also of Prior Lake, MN, Heather (Bryan) Booth and their two children of Bagley, IA, Hope Malone of Jefferson, IA, Denise (Alex) Olson and their two children of Panora, IA, and Morgan (Brad) Westrum and their three children of Stratford, IA.
