11:30am: Truman Phillips 54 of Albian was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:49pm: A deputy investigated an aggressive dog complaint in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

2:34pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 237th Street near Jordan Avenue.

5:50pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1300 block of 130th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
