
Guthrie County Hospital is excited to announce the addition of a new surgeon to their team.
Dr. Harry Condoleon, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) will begin taking appointments on May 6th. He graduated from Des Moines University in 1992 and completed residency in general surgery in Des Moines, serving as the Chief Resident during his final year. Condoleon then obtained a fellowship training in surgical oncology, and has since become a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.
General surgery services offered at GCH will include colonoscopies and upper gastro-intestinal endoscopies, gallbladder and appendix removals, cancer-related surgeries and several other operations. Patients can either self-refer or ask their primary physician for a referral. Dr. Condoleon also has a background in cosmetic surgeries, and runs SOMA Medical Spa and Wellness Clinic in Algona, with a second location opening soon in Des Moines.
Dr. Condoleon will be at GCH two days a week once he begins, and appointments can be made by calling the Surgery Department at 641-332-3858.
