Nicholas Talton, age 29, 4513 60th St, Urbandale, was arrested for Driving While Licensee Denied or Revoked.

Cletus Waylee, age 18, 14412 Holcomb Ave, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault.

Donzell Hilson, age 26, 2631 NW Heritage, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation terms.

Nicholas Keubler, age 39, 111 S. Beaver Ave, Bouton, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance.  He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Fianacial Liability and Failure To Maintain Control.

David Wambold, age 41, 24299 150th St, Bouton, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Affix Drug Stamp.

Vanessa Ayala, Carroll, was driving on 190th St at W Ave, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.  She was able to drive the vehicle from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
