The Mary J Barnett Memorial Library will be hosting a fun food related class Saturday.

Library Director Jerri Hawkins says that they will be holding a charcuterie class for the community to attend. Participants will learn what they need to make their own charcuterie board, by going over the best pairings of meats, cheeses and crackers. Those attending will be able to to make a six inch by six inch board or eight inch by eight inch board. There is a fee to cover materials, with the smaller board having a cost of $25 and the larger having a cost of $45.
