The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Girls Golf team competed and placed well at the Raccoon River Conference Championships.

The Tigers competed in Ames at the Coldwater Golf Links on Monday against conference opponents including North Polk, Ballard, Carroll, Gilbert, Carlisle, Bondurant-Farrar, and Winterset. ADM finished second overall with Senior Cecelia Gardiner placed eighth with a 96. Gardiner also earned All Conference Honors. Honorable mentions were awarded to Senior Aubrey Winter and Junior Annelise Kreifels.

ADM’S Head Coach Dana Brown received the Co-Coach of the Year for the RRC, sharing with Gilbert’s Coach Grant Walker.

The Tigers will have the rest of the week off before they return to action on Monday in Ballard for the Ballard Invitational, starting at noon.
