Arrest: lan Marshall Clark, age 49, 1402 Willis Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with theft 5th degree.
Arrest: Manuel Roberto Tiquiram, age 38, 1612 W 2nd St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

Arrest: Behenzin Nucord Bridges, age 38, 2939 Kading, Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
