The Perry Chamber of Commerce will be holding an informational session tomorrow morning to discuss business development.

The InfoSession is taking place at the Des Moines Area Community College VanKirk Academy in Perry tomorrow from 8-9am. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti shares that the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program will be highlighting different available programs in the Perry community. She admits that the session is related to the impending Tyson Foods closure happening at the end of June. 

“I think right now it’s just a good time to take a step back and really jump into some of those programs that are out there all the time, but we’re living in a different space right now to think about the future a little bit more.”

Pasutti explains that a couple graduates will be speaking during the program and a light breakfast will be served tomorrow. Registration can be done on the Perry Chamber’s Facebook page or individuals can show up anytime tomorrow morning.
