Brittney Ballinger, age 32, 710 NE Alice Road, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 5th Degree.

May 9

Avery Rowling, Waukee, was driving on Hwy 210 in Woodward, when she fell asleep and her vehicle left the road.  There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $3000.  Rowling was issued a citation for Striking Fixture Upon A Highway.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
